Fee Schedule (as of July 11, 2022):
- Major Subdivision: $125.00 plus $25.00 per Lot
- Minor Subdivision: $50.00
- Site Plan Review: Type 1 Action $500.00, Other $75.00
- Special Use Permit: $75.00
- On Site Visit (requested by applicant): $50.00
- Office Visits: No charge
*All fees may be adjusted based on complexity by the Planning Board or ZEO
