Grievance Day
The Board of Assessment Review will take place on Tuesday, May 24th, from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Springfield Community Center.
From May 1 to May 31 the assessment roll may be seen at the Town Clerk's Office during the regular business hours.
The Hearing of Complaints, also known as Grievance Day, will be conducted by mail, phone, and in person. Written complaints will be heard on May 24, 2022 by the Board of Assessment Review from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Complaints will be advised of the Board's determination by mail in the days following.
Grievance applications received less than 3 (three) business days prior to May 24, 2022 may be scheduled for an adjourned hearing.

Draft Solar Law - Public Comments
The Town of Springfield is now reviewing an updated Solar Law Draft which if adopted will provide regulations for the installation of solar panels within the Town of Springfield.
Public comments regarding the Draft are welcome over a period of 100 days from the Board Meeting and Public Hearing held on May 9, 2022.
